Save for the pages that are protected by password (the "Password Protected Pages") and as such can be accessed solely by visitors that have been issued a respective password by NIELSEN MEINL, none of the Presentation restricts visitors in accessing the pages. The access to the Presentation (save for the Password Protected Pages) is not subject to the disclosure of any personal information or other data relating to the visitors.

Any information relating to the Presentation visitors that is processed automatically or upon request will be processed as described below.

Use of Personal Data

Access to Password Protected Pages and Other Services

When you request a service in any part of the Presentation (for instance access to the Password Protected Pages, a subscription to newsletters, etc.), the information you provide is used and processed to fulfil your specific request. The information obtained can further be used to process survey and market research results obtained by NIELSEN MEINL in direct co-operation with third parties conducting the surveys and market research for NIELSEN MEINL. The data may also be used by NIELSEN MEINL to send marketing offers and promotional messages, provided the visitor indicates so by ticking the relevant box or designating otherwise.

Vacancies/span

By submitting your job request and CV you indicate your consent for NIELSEN MEINL to process your personal details in relation to potential job vacancies. Unless disapproved by the applicant, the information and data provided for the given purpose will be stored in our repository for a maximum of two years and then subsequently removed.
